The determination of silicon content in silicon carbon alloy mainly adopts chemical analysis methods, including gravimetric method, acid city titration method, hydrofluoric acid volatilization method, silicon molybdenum blue photometry method, atomic absorption spectrometry (AAS), inductively coupled plasma emission spectrometry (ICP-OES), etc. These methods have their own characteristics and are suitable for different sample properties, silicon content ranges and laboratory equipment conditions.
Inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectrometry (ICP-OES): Introduce the sample into a high-temperature plasma and determine the silicon content by detecting the characteristic spectrum emitted by the silicon element.
